Yoga retreat on Clare Island

This course is for those who seriously want to build (or boost) their own yoga practice. The day starts with a 2 1/2 hour yoga session, usually starting with some yin yoga, then followed by a more dynamic (vinyasa type) class.
A delicious brunch follows the morning yoga session. You then have some free time to explore the island, read, or just relax before the afternoon class. The afternoon class focuses on specific asanas, and sometimes includes pranayama (yogic breathing) or yoga theory. On week long courses, one afternoon is kept free to explore the island further.
A gourmet vegetarian 3 course dinner follows the evening class.
Please note that this course involves over 4 hours of yoga practice each day.

9.00 am Yoga class
12.00 am Brunch, then free time for hill walking, reading, relaxing
5.00 pm Yoga class
6.30 pm Dinner
