Yoga retreat on Clare Island

This course is for those who want to practice yoga in a quiet setting and have more free time in the afternoon than on the more intensive courses.
The day begins with a 2.5 hour yoga session, usually starting with some yin yoga, followed by a more dynamic (vyniasa based) led class.
A delicious brunch follows the morning yoga session.
In the afternoon, you can choose to explore the island, read, or just relax and have a quiet time on your own, or help us with our various daily chores, such as gardening, cooking, baking, etc.
A gourmet vegetarian 3 course dinner is served at 7 pm.

Time table for the course:

9.00 am Yoga class
12.00 am Brunch, then free time for hill walking, reading, relaxing. etc
7.00 pm Dinner
