Summer yoga and vegetarian food retreat on Clare Island
24th - 29th August 2009

During this course, we will practice yoga in the morning, and devote the afternoon to good fresh vegetarian food.
The day starts with a 2 1/2 hour yoga session, usually starting with some yin yoga, then followed by a more dynamic (vinyasa type) class.
A delicious brunch follows the morning yoga session. 
In the afternoons, we will invite you to share different food related activities, such as harvesting food from the gardens or from the wild and making it into jam, wine or chutney for the winter, baking different kinds of breads or pizzas in our wood fired breadoven, or simply preparing a  gourmet vegetarian 3 course evening meal. 
There will also be plenty of time to explore the island, read, or do nothing at all.

Price for the course is 520 euros. Yoga or food only option, 450 euros.

9.00 am Yoga class
11.300 am Brunch, then free time for hill walking, reading, relaxing
4.30 pm Food workshop (time may vary depending on what's on that day)
6.30 pm Dinner
