Yoga and vegetarian cooking course on Clare Island, Ireland

This fun course is for those who want to learn the secrets behind the delicious food served at the Clare Island retreat centre, and find out how to cook delicious healthy vegetarian food adapted to their own constitution and lifestyle.

The day starts at 9 am with a 2 hours yoga session, followed by a healthy brunch. The afternoon starts with a discussion of food and diet, followed by cooking practice in the kitchen!

On this course you will learn :

Cost includes food, accommodation and tuition in yoga and cooking. If you are interested, we recommend you book early, as number is limited to 8 participants, and these courses are usually booked out well in advance.

Dates for 2010 are 30th April - 3rd May, 4th - 7th June  and 22nd- 25th October .
